According to reports, seagulls in the UK have begun swooping down to steal "spice"—artificial cannabinoids that resemble marijuana—from drug users in public places. The evil flyers, who go from Leeds to Liverpool, London, Manchester, and Hastings, "think theyre getting chips, but theyre just getting a beakful of spice," one stoner citizen claimed.

When combined with other substances like heroin, cocaine, or—most frequently in the Big Apple—fentanyl, the animal tranquillizer xylazine, sometimes known as "tranq," might result in a disastrous reaction.
Frank Tarentino, the director of the Drug Enforcement Administrations New York division, declared that xylazine was a serious issue for the entire nation.
